Introduction to this guide.

If you wish to report an issue with your internet connection please follow this short guide.

We do require that the form is filled in before you contact customer service. Contacting customer service before filling and following the relevant guides will not speed up solving your issue as all the steps will be required regardless.

What error do I want to report?

  1. No internet:
    In the case that your internet has never been functional then please contact Open Infra.

    If your internet connection recently failed, please follow the below guide and use the form provided in the beginning of the guide.

  2. Slow internet:
    If your internet connection recently failed, please follow the below guide and use the form provided in the beginning of the guide.

Please copy the questions below, with the title and fill in the answers and send it to support@gardio.se.

1. No internet connection

  1. What CPE do you have?
  2. What brand do you have? CTS or Inteno?
  3. What is the MAC-adress of your CPE?
  4. What color is the PWR light on the CPE?
  5. What color is the WAN light on the CPE?

  6. For how long has the internet been slow?
  7. What internet speed are you getting?

  8. Verify steps
    1. Is all other equipment disconnected from the CPE?
    2. Is a computer connected directly to one of the LAN-ports of the CPE with an ethernet cable?
    3. Is the ethernet cable you're using CAT 6?
    4. Have you been using google chrome to test the speed?
  9. What computer brand and computer model have you tried, write all if multiple.
  10. Adress of the slow internet connection.

    3. Zip/postal code.
    4. City.
